For nearly a decade Sam has focused her work on progressive grassroots campaigns. Her goal is to work to bring equality and justice to unrepresented groups in areas where government's and existing structures are actively working against them. Her efforts are put towards evening the playing field in order to give a voice to those that are structurally at a disadvantage. A large part of this means celebrating all communities by helping to revitalize and invigorate small businesses, arts and culture, international cuisines,  music and entertainment.
